Home Hearing Tests in Mayo
Getting your hearing checked in Mayo doesn't have to involve a trip to a clinic. We arrange full hearing tests at home, carried out by a qualified audiologist.
What happens at a home hearing test
A qualified audiologist visits with professional portable equipment, asks about your hearing history, and carries out the test in a quiet room in your own home. You'll get the results and a clear explanation on the spot, along with any recommended next steps.
Booking on behalf of a parent
Worried about a parent's hearing in Mayo? A home visit is often the easiest way to get them checked, with no travel and no unfamiliar waiting room.
Ear wax removal too
If a build-up of ear wax is affecting hearing, we can also arrange microsuction ear wax removal — see our Ear Wax Removal in Mayo page for details.
