Privacy Policy

Who we are

All About Hearing (https://allabouthearing.ie) helps people across Sligo, Galway, Donegal, Cavan, Roscommon, Leitrim, Mayo, Clare, Westmeath and Longford arrange hearing tests, home visits and ear wax removal appointments with a qualified, independent audiologist. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our enquiry form, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect and why

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, county, the service you're enquiring about, and — if you choose to include them — your email address, preferred contact time and any message. We ask for a phone number and county so we can call you back and match you with appointment availability in your area.

We process this data on the basis of your consent (given via the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us directly.

We also briefly process your IP address at the point of submission, purely to prevent automated spam submissions. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is received and stored via a secure third-party form-processing service, which also notifies us by email so we can follow up. Once we've reviewed your enquiry, we share the relevant details with a qualified, independent audiologist covering your area so they can arrange your appointment. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as necessary to respond to you and arrange your appointment, and no longer than reasonably needed for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service (Sevenlytics) to understand overall site usage — such as which pages are visited — so we can improve the site. It does not use cookies or track you individually across websites, and does not collect the personal details you submit through our enquiry form.

We also use Google Analytics, which does use cookies. We only load it and set cookies after you accept via the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you reject or don't respond, it stays off. Data collected this way is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Neither analytics service collects the personal details you submit through our enquiry form.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at support@sevenoways.com or use our contact page.

Medical disclaimer

All About Hearing helps you arrange an appointment with a qualified, independent audiologist. We do not provide a medical diagnosis ourselves. See our Terms of Use for more on how the site works.
